Baby Brother turns 30!

I had a surreal moment.  Saturday, we had a surprise birthday party for my baby brother Jake.  I had a hard time reconciling the little boy who stripped all his clothes off (diaper too at times) and ran around the neighborhood.  But here he is - 30, married almost 8 years, with 4 kids.

 

Zoe, his oldest daughter - taking cover as we wait for Jake and his wife Cami to come inside.

 

 

We had the party at Sarah's new house...she's cracking up because Cami blindfolded Jake and had stopped to grab Sophie's diaper bag and Jake peeked. 

 

Jake was a little surprised...

Hard to believe our family has grown so much! 

 

Black?  At thirty?!  Come on!  30's just getting you warmed up for life...

Stann struck again!  Zoe...(MY doppleganger - okay, she has her Mom's ears, but the rest is all me - thanks Cami for doing all that hard work! ;)

 

Stann cut Jake an extra special "star" piece since he was the birthday boy...

 

I don't think Jake wanted to share...

Such a fun time!  The party started at 3 - but I don't think we left until 8! So fun to be able to have a great time with family and friends and celebrate some of lifes better moments!
