Six Quirks...(Only SIX?!...We'll see if I can tone it down....)
- I'm a control freak. DUH?! I'm guessing this is a pretty obvious one, so I'll add a #7. I like things to go the way I planned, and only as I'd planned.
- My towels have to be folded a certain way, first in half, then in thirds, or I will go behind the back of whoever the sweet person was that helped me fold them and re-fold them my way...
- I don't put my head under water if I can at all help it, but I really prefer taking baths to showers...go figure?!
- I "pet" or "rub" my husband's arm or leg or even head, as it helps soothes me...especially while I'm thinking.
- I jiggle my legs A LOT. No, it's not actually a nervous habit, it's just something my Dad has passed down to each of his children....he jiggled us to sleep. And there is something very comforting about it....and there are also some days I just can't sit still....
- The toilet paper has to be going a certain direction on the holder....it can't hang down and under - it has to go over the top. I correct this in other peoples homes too....it's really the proper way people. If it's under rather than over, you take too much or it allows your kids to pull and spin quicker than one of the finalists/contestants at the money wheel on 'The Price is Right'....
- I am ANAL about what dishrag, cloth or towel is used, and the specific purpose in which it will be used. We buy washcloths (thicker and fluffier) and they're ONLY to be used for the face. As it gets less fluffy, it then becomes a dishcloth, to wash dishes with...as it gets even thinner it becomes a dishrag...to be used ONLY in washing countertops and floors...and after that, if there's anything left, it gets thrown away...but it's usually REALLY threadbare by that time.... ;) And I've trained ALL my boys to be able to identify which cloth is which....or there's heck to pay! ;)
So, I tag ANYONE that's reading this. Ha, ha, YER IT! :) But I really wanna hear from: Kristina Petersen, Kelly Perry, Tracey Jolley, Carrie Amdahl, Stephanie McBride & Melanie Atkinson....
PS...don't forget to read about my "epiphany" (below). It was a good un'. ;0) LOL....

You are hilarious. Kelly just said... who is Liz?? I laughed so hard because he has been reading all your comments and had no clue who you were. He thought you were some random person just looking at our blog and commenting on it. He was like can't we block them. I explained that you were a long lost cousin. He now thinks you are a very funny person... He likes your comments that you have made on our blog now. Anyway.. thanks for all the comments... I have been writing to Brad and told him when we get all situated we plan to take a family vacation out that way. We are trying to recoop from Virginia... it will probably be in the spring of 2010... I know that sounds forever away, but at least we are planning that way. It will take us a while to get on top of things after we get out of debt next year, then we plan to buy a couple fourwheelers and motorbikes. So then after we save from that. We are planning the spring of 2010!!!
This cracked me up. I love the toilet paper thing because Seth feels the same way you do. I agree with it but it doesn't bother me as bad as it does him when the roll is going under rather than over. So, when I get annoyed with him or we're in an argument, I go around the house and change all the rolls to go under. Yes, I'm a very evil person.
Your awesome liz, just think of your quirks as the things that make you a special and unique person, or just plain weird depending on how you look at it.
