“As you create a home, don't get distracted with a lot of things that have no meaning for you or your family. Don't dwell on your failures, but think of your successes. Have joy in your home. Have joy in your children. Have joy in your husband. Be grateful for the journey.” ~ Marjorie Pay Hinckley

Building a home for Brodie & Daisy....

Most of you know we had to find Brodie and Daisy a new home. :(

Sad, but true. What you probably didn't know - was that Stann's Dad took them to his house...where they are currently living a life of luxury, only enjoyed by them once upon a time, before we had our kids.

These pics - are of the boys "HELPING" Daddy and Grandpa build the new dog fence (okay...so Stann & Ray were just stringing wire for the radio fence - to keep the dogs in...) and Stann gave 'em some tools to keep them quiet and out of the way.

I don't think I've seen them so intent before! :) They sure do love to help their Daddy. :)

your boys are so cute...
about the job thing... I totally understand.. I think it is hard for men to figure out what they want to be... but I also think it is hard for them to look at a job and think.. "I'm gonna be there forever..." I think that is scary... so they keep searching for the perfect job that they'll always love. I think that job rarely exists so I had to help my husband realize that and be happy with what we can get and keep your eyes open and never take a job unless it is better pay and better benefits. and then enjoy life. I think my husband is finally settling into that idea. We are finally in a job I think we'll be in for a long time. sorry I just chatted your ear off. Your family is beautiful...
