Lucky #7

I was looking at a friends blog (Selena's) about the things that they'd had happen in the past 7 years of marriage....I started to think about the things we've done, goals, places we've lived in 7 years...this is our list....You might want to try it too....I realized we've seen more change than we thought!

1. It's been 8 years since we first met. (We met on 4th of July....And we're still seein' fireworks!)



2. We've lived in 4 different homes, ALL in Oregon.



3. We've said good-bye to 5 different vehicles, 2 waverunners and 1 boat.



4. We've gone thru 2 surgeries, 11 Ovulation Scans, 7 rounds of clomid and we ended up with 2 kids, neither of whom I gave birth to! :)



5. We've had 6 different jobs between the 2 of us.



6. 2 trips to Utah together, 2 on our own, 10 trips to Seattle together, and maybe 40 trips made together in-state to the beach, camping or to Billy Chinook, and if you count wherever Stann (went alone - the bum!) went for work...(Florida, Utah, Chicago....just to name a few).



7. Pets: 5 iguanas, 20+fish, 4 cockatiels, 2 dogs and 3 goats. (Apparently we thought we were running a zoo at some point in time...?!)



8. We've acquired HALF of Stann's goal for firearms to date. (I'm not telling how many he wants...you're gonna think he's nuts....! I'm told its an "inheritance" for the boys....)



9. And we've made it 8 years together....still best friends, a few bumps here and there, ready to take on the next 50 or so together!
   

Not bad huh? It ought to be a fun list to compare in 10 more years!)
