“As you create a home, don't get distracted with a lot of things that have no meaning for you or your family. Don't dwell on your failures, but think of your successes. Have joy in your home. Have joy in your children. Have joy in your husband. Be grateful for the journey.” ~ Marjorie Pay Hinckley

silent weekend

I hurt everywhere.  How this is possible with a measly case of strep, I'm not sure.
Saturday wasn't awful.  My throat still hurt, so I didn't talk a whole lot.  I did feel better once my fever broke (102.3 on aspirin and tylenol) we even ventured out for a family dinner to Tollgate that night and grabbed a few things to tide us over the weekend...but I ended up having to have Kathie sub for me saying a prayer in Sacrament Meeting and then Nina had substitute for me teaching RS...even though I'd been so quick on the mend....because...when I woke up this morning I saw...

Blisters.  Everywhere in my mouth.  My tongue.  My throat.  It. hurts. to. talk.

It's been a silent weekend.  Stann has been joking saying it's music to his ears.  (ha, ha)

And I have a brand new appreciation for Matt's tonsil pain.
