My present to myself for my birthday this year?
Get back into shape!
I started running (again). I made it 3 miles in 30 minutes. (Not bad for an ol' lady on the downward slope to 40...especially since I'm so freakin' out of shape!) I'm continuing to do this, as well as follow a better diet. I'm a full week strong...and feeling pretty darn good. It's probably the best gift I've given myself. :)
