“As you create a home, don't get distracted with a lot of things that have no meaning for you or your family. Don't dwell on your failures, but think of your successes. Have joy in your home. Have joy in your children. Have joy in your husband. Be grateful for the journey.” ~ Marjorie Pay Hinckley

Things are looking different....

No....you're eyes are not deceiving you.  Things look a little different!

Matt got glasses!!!  {*swift intake of breath!*}

My baby needs glasses to see.

It really explains why he runs into things.  Large and small.  Why he squints.  Why he doesn't pay attention sometimes....

We had him tested when he was just a toddler - but the Dr. said he was too young to tell - and that if he did need a correction - it would be a minor one.

(EHHHH!) Wrong!

My baby is farsighted! {Like Mama, like son!} and one of his eyes is a 2.75+!!! I'm thinkin'.....that's a big enough difference you might need some correction on!

He looks so cute with 'em on....if only he'd leave them ON.... ;)  I gave him warning...keep 'em on or I'll tape them to his head. (lol...just kidding folks...kinda..) ;P

It is really nice to see him riding his bike....and not into his brother anymore.  Or into the creek.  Or into my van.  *ouch!* (that one hurt...) Only drawback...he doesn't look like a baby anymore. (This makes me sooo sad!)

But we're welcoming whatever change comes our way...

He does look cute and like a big boy. Less bruises and falling down will definetely be a good thing!
