“As you create a home, don't get distracted with a lot of things that have no meaning for you or your family. Don't dwell on your failures, but think of your successes. Have joy in your home. Have joy in your children. Have joy in your husband. Be grateful for the journey.” ~ Marjorie Pay Hinckley

Decisions, Decisions...

It's the end of week #8 in Spring Term...and the sun has decided to come out of hiding!  Only 2 more weeks until FINALS.  Not stressing though...I only have a final in one class...a final essay and 2 more quizzes to take - that will decide the final outcome of my grades.

Made the decision earlier this week that I needed to back off my load during the summer...that was hard.  I'm in a rhythm of sorts with school, work, home and kiddo's...it was hard!  I had wanted to get my CNA 1 this summer...But I think this is probably for the best...

#1 - because I need a break...12+ credit hours for 2 consecutive terms after a not-quite 20 year hiatus from school....has been an adjustment!

#2 - the sun is out!  I want to play!  I have boys that want to play with their Mommy too!  And a husband that'd like to see his wife every once and awhile....

#3 - my FAFSA's not in yet...and tuition will be comin' outta my cleaning job money...

#4 - my sweet MIL Kathie needs a break!  (Though she's still going to be watching them...it's an early morning class...and I'm only taking 4 credits this summer term...Oh! The JOYS of mathematics!)

This summer all our "testing" will happen...and trying to squeeze a summer vacay in there somewhere...that's gonna be interesting too....and Elder McNamee comes home August 23rd...its been / going to be quite the year for the Mac Fam!

This frees me up to do the sports for the YW too. :)  Yay!  All of June I get to be in YW's again!  (I love it there!)  AND!! (I know..there's more!) I get to teach in June too! :)  Lovin' it!  I've already started preparing my lesson for it...I get to teach "Overcoming Opposition"  {LOL}  Maybe Heavenly Father's sending me a subliminal message?!  I certainly feel like I could write the book on "opposition" at times...but I'm looking forward to it!
