“As you create a home, don't get distracted with a lot of things that have no meaning for you or your family. Don't dwell on your failures, but think of your successes. Have joy in your home. Have joy in your children. Have joy in your husband. Be grateful for the journey.” ~ Marjorie Pay Hinckley

Garage Sale....

The Garage Sale went good. :) (Phew!)

Thanks to the help of my awesome in-laws and some amazing visiting teachers....we pulled it off....even before I could pull my hair out...!

Why would I pull my hair out?! Glad you asked....

My sweet, wonderful, kind, thoughtful, hardworking husband decided to accept friend of ours offer to work the midnight shift the two nights before and during the garage sale. Which kinda left me in limbo!!

He worked Thursday & Friday nights. He left a little before 6pm everynight, and didn't make it home until after 8am. It was crazy!!!

Please don't get me wrong....I was so grateful he had a little side-job....but...it came at a cruddy time. :(

We pinch-hitted though - and thanks to Jay, Chrissy, Gigi, Kathie, Chikako & Barbara.....we made it! :D

LOL. It just goes to show you how much effort has to be put forth behind the scenes...!

But, on a happier note...the house has been eradicated of all "crap" (LOL) and I'm getting closer and closer to packing everything up for storage!! Boxes are now littered everywhere in my home, and I'm trying to get as much accomplished as I can with little boys "helping". LOL.

So, now...we're T-Minus 12 (TWELVE!) days and counting.... ;)
