(To your left if you couldn't tell).
Pics of now.
(OK...more like Christmas. Remember? No make up, rolled outta bed....standing next to my super-model sista's?!)
'Nuf said on that.

Except that I plan on taking more pictures WITH my sisters (ha, ha...it rhymes!) tomorrow at my sister's birthday celebration, just so I can have a coupla decent ones. LOL.
So anywho....this tribute is to Sarah. My sister. Or my see-ster, as we like to call ourselves. I love my sisters. I really do.
Growing up we were called 'the 3 girls'. Mainly because we're (duh) three girls, but also because we were born within 2 1/2 years of each other. Me (April '76), Sarah (June '77) and Diana (July '78).
Fun facts about me and my sister, Sarah....
* We called Sarah a couple of different nicknames growing up. (Don't worry Diana & Katie...you'll get your turns too...Geesh.) McGarah, Sahara, Sarah-Farah-Fossil (garbage pail kids...hee, hee), and last but not least....Saree (I couldn't pronounce Sarah when I was little...c'mon! who can?!)
* I put super glue on an ice cube (I was little...I thought it would stick to her tongue) and gave it to her to eat.
* Sarah talked me out of my own room when I was 11. On the premise she would give it back after a week. She didn't, BTW....
* Sarah was the one who talked me into wearing a bra in the first place. LOL. True! I was 12 and I wanted nothing to do with growing up! LOL. She also was the one who got me to start wearing make up. (Did I mention she's my younger sister?! LOL.) I was dragging my heels.
* Whenever I have a fashion question, I ask Sarah.
* Whenever I am feeling overwhelmed; or sometimes alone in the sea of crazy people I call my family, I call Sarah. (It's our general consensus that we're the only 'normal' kids.....and we're not exactly sure just how that came to be....?)
* Sarah and I both received our patriarchal blessing on the same day. I let her go first.
* We were called Doublemint A and Doublemint B when we worked together at CTI. LOL. Kinda funny, too. I look like Mom and she looks like Dad. :P
She's kind and loving; thoughtful to boot. She's the person you'd want with you when you face any kind of opposition. She's a great wife, patient mom, and I learn from her every time I see her. (Not creepy watch....just observing).
I'm just so glad I get to be her see-ster.
Happy 32nd Sis. :P
****
PS....I think I've found a solution to my wanting to run a marathon. More on that later....and if you're local and wanna join....LET ME KNOW!! :p
