North Fork Reservoir Trip

Well, this is one of the pics from our boat trip last friday...

Chrissy, Hannah and I got SUPER burned....blisters the size of quarters for Chrissy and Hannah - Me, however, I ended up with tiny little blisters ALL OVER my back and shoulders.

(BLISTERS...YUCK!)

The kids did AWESOME. No burns (I made sure they stayed under the bimini and I slathered them with sunscreen), I brought treats, water, juice....I came prepared! They didn't go in the water - except to kick their feet.

I got behind a tube for the first time in who knows how long...??

My poor butt feels like I got a good ol' fashioned spanking. :*(

Stann was nice enough to go on the tube with me...

Even though it wasn't quite up to his usual speed (see picture of kneeboarding from that day...) He and Josh tried a few barrel rolls...Jimmy was our FIRST casualty for the summer...
He caught a wake hard and fell off sideways - with his kneeboard hitting him in the nose...

No permanent damage, but still, not fun!

It was an awesome day....so nice to have the sunshine in Oregon FINALLY!

I wish Hannah got sunburned. She didn't.
I'm finally peeling!!! I popped all my blisters, and now i just have dry raw skin. ='[
I'm still happy I went out though.
And the ocean water yesterday was like sandpaper against my sunburn. It's intense.
