“As you create a home, don't get distracted with a lot of things that have no meaning for you or your family. Don't dwell on your failures, but think of your successes. Have joy in your home. Have joy in your children. Have joy in your husband. Be grateful for the journey.” ~ Marjorie Pay Hinckley

Hello? Anyone there??

I'm back! Kind of. We've been soooo sick the past few weeks! It all started off with Josh having pneumonia - then Matt got sick - then Stann got sick and I got sick....we just started dropping like flies! We tried the "wait it out" approach - trying to treat the symptoms but it got soooo bad that Stann and I both had to go to the Doctor's this week. My loving husband currently has the voice of a 13 year old girl right now, (his real voice is slowly coming back) and the WORST sinus infection he's ever had. I, have a sinus infection AND bronchitis. (No surprise - I am an overachiever - always have been!)

So we are now pumping ourselves full of inhalers, decongestants and antibiotics - just trying to get better! AND to try and get the pounding headaches to stop! My house just feels GROSS to me since nothing has been deep cleaned in a week - I haven't had energy to keep up with anything! My in-laws (Gigi & Kathie - BLESS THEM!) have taken pity on me and done dishes and laundry and have watched the kids during the time we've been sick - while we've gone to the DR's....otherwise I'd be in the fetal position, sucking my thumb about now! (The info on the dr's....I had a "procedure" on Wednesday - called an HSG test....NOT FUN!....(will describe later) that helped us find out my one and only tube is blocked - so having biological kids is OUT.....until Dr. Nak can come up with a brilliant alternative or plan).

AND....Easter's at our house on Sunday. I LOVE having the family over, I really do! But getting my house in order in between NOW and Sunday makes me tired just thinking about it! I've got TONS of work to do - to get it in the shape that I want and expect!

I'd better get started.....This really ought to be interesting! Hope you guys have a GREAT Easter!

I'm so sorry that you guys were sick! It is so awful when you aren't feeling up to your normal speed.
