“As you create a home, don't get distracted with a lot of things that have no meaning for you or your family. Don't dwell on your failures, but think of your successes. Have joy in your home. Have joy in your children. Have joy in your husband. Be grateful for the journey.” ~ Marjorie Pay Hinckley

So much stuff to post!

So much stuff to post...only I'm experiencing technical difficulties getting pictures from my camera onto my computer.  DRAT!

So, much will be forthcoming, tonight, after I've drugged er, I mean put the kids to bed.  {Really, truly, I'm not drugging.  I'm just giving them small prescribed amounts of Melatonin.  Really.  Is it my fault that it knocks their socks off and provides a blissful sleep for all those concerned?}

Now, off I go to laundry some fold.  (Niiiice Liz...just keep typing...)  I mean, fold some laundry.  I'm waaaaay behind.  Like, embarassingly behind.  (It lies on my bedroom floor as I type...emphatically calling me away from the computer - tho I ignore it).    I've ignored it for the better part of 1 1/2 weeks.  *blush*  I feel pretty naughty admitting such - let alone on a blog, but I've got an A+ in Math to show for it, I've played every day with my kids, there have been fewer fights, and I've taken them on some amazing adventures - which, hopefully I will soon be able to share soon once my darn camera and computer start communicating!!

All are amazing feats (in my mind) in and of themselves....so off I go to tame a pile...!

Don't worry about the laundry, give it a week or so and they will all be dirty again...enjoy your kids. Another way to help them sleep, that the boys found out about when they took a phyc class...is if they like milk shakes is make any flavor they like, but add a whole banana including the skin, something in the skin causes tiredness, better than melatonin, sound yukky, but isn't...Mike and Matthew were dosing off within 30 minutes, and on hot nights it's a treat...
